Fall 2012 Season Registration

ON LINE registration is OPEN!

Open till June 15, 2012 ($30discount per player if registration is completed by May 31^st, 2012).

After June 15^th, 2012, if a player wants to registar for the Fall 2012 season, please send request to soccer@moscowunited.org

If you already have created a Member Account or registered with us in the past, log in and proceed with registration. If you are new to MUSC please create an account before continuing.

***If you have forgotten your username & password, please do not attempt to make a new account. Send a request to soccer@moscowunited.org and we can send your login information to you.

Once logged in you should enter (if a new member) or edit (if you are returning) your family's personal information stored in the system, especially contact info and medical data. When that is complete select Register Now to register your child for a team, or yourself as a coach or team volunteer.

In what age group will my child play for 2012 Fall Recreational and Competitive Soccer?
Use this chart to determine the age group for the September 1, 2012 - August 31, 2013 season. Example: Using this chart, the age-appropriate team age group for a player with birth date October 16, 1997 is U-15.

HOW TO USE ONLINE REGISTRATION

You DO NOT Have a Member Account:

Click on the Member Log In in the upper left area of the home page.
This will take you to the Registration area of our new web site.
Click on the No, I do not have a member account radio button.
Enter a username, password, and remaining information asked for on the form.
Click the Submit button.
Your username and password will be sent to you in separate emails to your primary email account.
When you get your username/password, go back to the Member Login page.
Click on the Yes I already have a member account radio button
Go to the Continue Registration heading below.

You Have a Member Account, but Forgot Username and/or Password:

Click on the Member Log Inin the upper left area of the home page.
This will take you to the Registration area of our new web site.
Click in the I FORGOT MY account information radio button.
A screen will appear asking you for your email or phone number.
Enter your email address or home phone number and click on the Submit button.
Recommendation: Use the the number you consider your home phone number.

If Member Account is Found:
Your username and password will be sent in separate emails to your primary email account.
If you have more than one family email account, please check all accounts if these messages do not appear within a few minutes after completing the previous steps.
When you get your username/password, go back to the Member Log In page.
Click on the Yes I already have a member account radio button.
Go to the Continue Registration heading below.

If Member Account is NOT Found:

Click on the No, I do not have a member account radio button.
Enter a username, password, and remaining information asked for on the form.
Click the Submit button.
Your username and password will be sent in separate emails to your primary email account.
When you get your username/password, go back to the Member Login page.
Click on the Yes I already have a member account radio button
Go to the Continue Registration heading below.

CONTINUE REGISTRATION

YOU SHOULD NOW BE AT THE MEMBER HOME PAGE.

Click on the Register Now link on the right side of the page.
This will take you to the registration form. Click on the Registration Event listed (Academy, Players, Coaches).
This will take you to the appropriate registration form.
Fill out the fields in the registration pages that follow.
Any field that has tex in BOLD, is required information and something must be entered.

ATTENTION: The email address that you enter in the Parent/Guardian section will be the main email address used for group email contacts. Please make sure this address is an active address.
Click on the REGISTER button on the last window that states you have registered player's name.
Click on the appropriate registration category (depends on his/her birthdate, see AGE CHART; FORMS web page of Idaho Youth Soccer Association web site).
Complete the player's information. Click on the Next button.
Click on the check box indicating you've read and understand the Medical Release statement.
Click on the I'm ready to finish registration link.
This will take you to the Registration Payment Summary page.
Click Next, then Finish to complete your registration.
Check your email for a registration confirmation email.
From the confirmation email, open the attached PDF file.
This is the Registration Form/Medical Waiver Form.
Print and sign the Registration Form/Medical Waiver form.
The coaches are required to have the original, signed Medical Waiver document with them whenever the are on the field with the players.
